Teen Konnect Club

Teen Konnect – Every Saturday Of Term. 9-4pm Parkwood And Yarrabilba.

Book now for our springwood service commencing in term 2, and Tweed service commencing in term 3.

There’s no better way for your child to master critical independent living skills than by putting them into ‘real-life’ practice at Teen Konnect. This program offers a more engaging and effective environment than traditional one-on-one psychology and OT sessions. Where better to learn these skills than in a group of like-minded, age-appropriate peers, supported by qualified therapists?
Every Saturday, our tweens and teens gain skills for a positive, capable, and independent future, enjoying various adventures in ‘their’ community. Parents and caregivers, witness your tween or teen thrive as they flourish in their new social network.

Our groups dine out, with water and snacks served throughout the day. Excursions include escape rooms, Currumbin, Movie World, Sea World, iFly Treetop Challenge, iPlay, cinema, bowling, golfing, self-defense workshops, and more. All they need is a hat, this is an affordable and all inclusive program.

TK is also about preventing poor mental health, addressing the tendency for adolescent kids with special needs to alienate themselves due to increased anxiety. TK provides access to a supported and structured social network. While your child may be hesitant in week one, by the end of their first Saturday, it will become the best part of their week. TK ensures our kids never feel isolated, lonely, or struggle, preparing them for amazing futures.
